Made by homestay hosts, for homestay hosts

Your homestay’s own online shop.

Guests find you through booking intermediaries, then search your name before they book. Stayloom builds you a bilingual website on your own domain, where guests see your rooms, read your story and contact you directly. Free preview in 2 working days; you pay only if you like it.

The real cost

Every booking through an intermediary costs you part of your revenue. Even a returning guest.

A guest who already stayed with you and liked you often books again the same way, because they have nowhere else to find you. You pay the fee again.

Keep this money

Selling only through intermediaries

  • Their ranking decides whether guests see you
  • Guests search your name and find no official page
  • Returning guests are charged the fee again
  • If the listing is paused, the sales channel stops

With your own website

  • An address of your own that you keep using
  • Your name leads to your photos, rooms and story
  • Returning guests can reach you directly
  • Intermediaries stay a channel, not the only one

Your own address

Guests find you on an intermediary, then look you up before booking.

Without a website, you lose points at the moment the guest checks you out.

Template library

Each template has its own character.

Inspired by well-loved direct-booking sites and rebuilt from scratch for Vietnamese homestays. Your website gets its own colours and fonts, so no two look the same.

Services section

Guests book tours, eSIMs and airport transfers. You receive 50% of the commission.

You do not sell or advise anything. Guests see services in the Services section of your website and book them themselves, at the partner’s normal price. Your share is deducted from next year’s renewal first.

  1. 1Guests scan the QR code in their room and open your Services page and neighbourhood guide.
  2. 2Guests book a tour or buy an eSIM at the same price as buying directly.
  3. 3You follow every click and booking on your commission page; your share is deducted from your next renewal.

Your website always tells guests that some links are partner links. Partners are switched on one by one after they confirm in writing.

Who makes Stayloom

We are hosts too.

Stayloom grew out of how we run Tamundi Homestay and Anora de Van Residences in Hanoi. Now any host can use the same system, without a technical team of their own.

FAQ

What hosts usually ask

Who owns the domain?

Stayloom registers and manages it and stays the registrant; you have the right to use it while the service runs. You can move it to your own name for $20, free from the third service term or if Stayloom stops the service.

What if I want to stop using Stayloom?

You can take your content with you. To take the domain, pay the transfer fee ($20); to keep the website too, choose the leaving package ($40). Both are free from the third service term.

Do guests pay more when they buy through these links?

No. Partners pay the commission out of their own margin. Your website always says these are partner links.

I live outside Vietnam. Can I use Stayloom?

Yes. Your website is bilingual, you pay by PayPal in USD, and you can choose to hold your own affiliate account and receive commission directly.

How many changes can I ask for before I pay?

As many as you need. You chat with our editor until the preview is right, and pay only after you approve it.
